Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel or change your order after it has been placed.
It may happen that your order is cancelled due to a stock shortage (e.g. due to multiple simultaneous orders). The purchase amount will be refunded to your account and if you have used Klarna the amount will be removed from your invoice.
We will ensure that your order is processed and shipped as soon as possible. Due to the expected rush, this may take longer than you are used to. Please find below the estimated delivery dates:
Netherlands: 1-5 working days
Belgium / Germany: 2-7 working days
Europe: 4-8 working days

2. Register your return by entering your e-mail address (used to place the order) and your order number.
3. Then select the item(s) you wish to return.
4. Now make a choice from the return options. *Please note that the costs for returning the item(s) are at your own expense.
5. IMPORTANT: Please include the return form that came with your order with your return shipment. We cannot process your return without it.
- Orders may be returned up to 14 days after receipt.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- To exchange an item, you must return the item and place a new order.
- Please keep your receipt/email with the tracking code of the return package safe.
- Returns will be processed by us within 10 business days of receipt.
Yes, you can combine several orders into one package by registering one order number as a return.
Important: Please make sure that the return forms of all orders from which you are returning items are present in the return package, without these forms we cannot process your return. Make it clear to our warehouse that it concerns different orders in 1 package.
No, we always refund the purchase price of the returned item(s). If you wish to receive a different size/item, please place a new order.
Due to the workload in our warehouse, it may take longer for your return to be processed and for the purchase price to be refunded to your account. Once you have received confirmation that your return package has been delivered to us, we will refund the purchase price within 10 working days. If you have used Klarna as a payment method we will adjust the purchase amount on your invoice.
It may happen that the agreed time of collection of your return package is unfortunately not feasible for the carrier. In most cases, the carrier will come the next day to pick up your package. If your package has still not been collected, please contact Returnista via the link below. They will help you further with the delivery of your return package.
