If the payment has been reserved or debited and you have not heard from us after 2 hours, please contact our Customer Service.
If you want to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will have a look if we can still modify the order.
For quick processing, we send all of our orders directly to our warehouse to be packed and shipped as soon as possible. Once your order has been paid for and fully processed, no further changes can be made.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation. We will process your order as soon as possible. When your order is ready to be dispatched you will receive an e-mail from us with a personal track and trace link. You can use this link to follow your package until it is delivered to you.
Once an order has been placed, we process it immediately to ensure the fastest possible delivery. If you wish to cancel the order, please contact us immediately. We will review the status of the order to determine if it can still be cancelled.
