RETURNS

1. Click HERE to register your return.
2. Register your return by entering your e-mail address and your order number.
3. Then select the item(s) you wish to return.
4. Now choose from the return options. *Please note that the costs for returning the item(s) are to be borne by you.
5. Add the return form that was enclosed with your order to your return shipment. Without this form we cannot process your return.

Terms and conditions:
- Orders can be returned up to 30 days after receipt.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- To exchange an item, you must return the item and place a new order.
- Please keep your receipt/email with the tracking code of the return package safe.
- Returns are processed within 10 working days of receipt.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item with us, but you can always place a new order to get the desired item. The item you do not want to keep can easily be returned to us.

We are sorry to hear that your return has not yet been processed. Would you please contact us as soon as possible? Then we will solve it for you. Please have your order number and proof of delivery to hand.

The refund will take place as soon as possible, but no later than 10 days after we have received your return. We will refund the amount to the payment method used.

Once the package is received by us, we will process the return as quickly as possible. It takes up to 10 working days for the return to be processed. then we will start as soon as possible with the desired solution. We will keep you informed by email.

We are sorry to hear that the item you bought was damaged. Please contact our customer service, so that we can offer you an appropriate solution. We ask you to email your order number and photos of the complaint to our customer service.

Do not return damaged products without consulting our customer service first.

It may happen that the agreed time of collection of your return package is unfortunately not feasible for the carrier. In most cases the carrier will come the next day to pick up your package. If your package has still not been collected, please contact Returnista via the link below. They will help you further with the delivery of your return package.
