I entered an incorrect delivery address, what should I do now?

A small mistake can happen easily. If you have a wrong delivery address, please contact our customer service immediately. They will then do their best to solve this for you.

Please note that this will delay your order and that it is often no longer possible to change an address.

I would like to change the delivery address of my order, is this possible?

Have you already placed your order? Then please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will then check whether we can still adjust the delivery address. 

For quick processing, we send all orders directly to our warehouse for packing and shipping as quickly as possible. For this reason, a change of address is often no longer possible. Once your order has been paid for and fully processed, we, unfortunately, cannot make changes anymore.

I am expecting a parcel but it has not been delivered, how come?

We are sorry that your package has not been delivered, but don't worry. First check the track & trace link you received in the shipping confirmation. It may be that the delivery period has shifted or that you have accidentally entered a wrong address.
