What are the payment options?

Je kunt je bestelling betalen met de volgende betaalmethodes:
- iDeal
- Pay later with Klarna
- Paypal
- Bancontant
- Visa card
- Mastercard
- American Express

My payment failed, now what?

On our website, we work with a 'first come, first serve' system. This means that it can happen that a product is sold out after you have put it in your basket. To avoid disappointment, we advise you to finalize your order as soon as possible. 

You have not received an order confirmation from us, but the purchase amount has been debited from your account? Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so that we can manually place your order. Send us a screenshot of the payment so we can deliver your order as soon as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

Have you returned an order and indicated that you would like a refund? Then the refund will take place as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after we have received your return. We will always refund the amount to the payment method used.

What is VAT?

VAT stands for Value Added Tax, the international term for the value added tax (VAT) on the sale of products and services.

Both EU and non-EU customers pay VAT on their purchases. For most EU countries, this tax is fully included in the price of our products. For other countries, this is paid upon entry into the country in question in the form of import duties.
