Deliveries

When will my order be shipped?

If you've ordered before 05:00PM, CET it will be shipped the same (business)day. Shipments within the Netherlands will be delivered the next day. For foreign orders we have a delivery time of 2-7 business days.

Customs or Import duties

Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We ship all international orders 'Delivery Duties Unpaid' (DDU), which means any fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination and must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately these fees are beyond our control, and we are unable to cover them for our customers.

My package hasn't been delivered

Our apologies that your package hasn't been delivered yet. Please check your tracking number you've received by e-mail. Maybe you've received a note from the shipping company that your package may have been delivered to your neighbours or at the nearest pick-up point.

Can I change my shipping address?

In order to guarantee fast processing, orders are sent to our warehouse immediately so they can be packed and shipped as soon as possible. When your order is paid and processed it's no longer possible to change the shipping address. If you've accidentally filled in the wrong address please contact webshop@ballinamsterdam.com as soon as possible. They will try their best to solve this issue for you.
